Meet Your Therapist

Hello! I’m Shatakshi, the founder of Raha Therapy. My journey into the world of mental health began with my own struggles, which shaped my deep understanding and passion for this field. At a young age of 14, I made a commitment to myself: one day, I would gain the skills and knowledge to help others facing similar challenges so that they would not have to feel as alone as I did.

With this goal in mind, I pursued seven years of intensive study in psychology, followed by two years of hands-on practical experience in the mental health field. My education, combined with the insights I’ve gained from my own healing journey, has equipped me with the empathy and expertise to offer meaningful support to those who are navigating their own mental health struggles.

At Raha Therapy, I’m dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals dealing with a range of issues. I believe in the power of therapy to transform lives, and I’m eager to guide you through the process of self-discovery, growth, and healing.
